Motion Charge&Go IX FAQs
It depends on the degree of your hearing loss. M suits mild to severe loss, P steps up the power for more significant loss, and SP is the superpower model for severe to profound loss. After your hearing test we'll recommend the right one — you don't need to decide in advance.
The SP model lasts up to 70 hours on a charge (around 65 with five hours of streaming), while M and P last up to 35 hours. A full charge takes about four hours, and a quick 30-minute top-up gives roughly 6–8 hours — enough for an evening out.
Yes — Motion Charge&Go IX has an integrated telecoil. In venues with an induction loop system, such as some mosques, theatres, and airports, the telecoil delivers sound directly to your hearing aids with less background noise and echo.
Yes, you can stream directly from iPhone and iPad (via MFi) and from Android devices with ASHA or LE Audio, and take hands-free calls. TV audio can also be streamed using the optional TV Sound accessory.
