5. Appointments & bookings
When you request an appointment or home visit through our website, by phone, or by message, you are making a request that we will confirm with you. A booking is only confirmed once we have acknowledged it. We ask that you provide accurate contact and (for home visits) location details so we can serve you properly. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know in good time. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments where necessary and will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
6. Pricing & payment
Prices for products and services may change from time to time and will be confirmed with you before you commit to a purchase or service. Any fees — such as for assessments, home visits, or devices — will be communicated clearly in advance. Payment terms will be agreed with you at the time of service.
7. Warranty & aftercare
Genuine hearing aids we supply carry the manufacturer’s warranty applicable to that product. Warranty terms, duration, and coverage are set by the manufacturer and will be explained to you at the time of purchase. Warranty typically does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear of consumable parts. Aftercare services, servicing, and repairs are provided in line with the terms we agree with you. Please keep your proof of purchase, as it may be required for warranty service.
